These terms govern your use of smartermergers.com and our client platform. By using them you accept these terms. Engagements are governed by separate signed agreements, which prevail over these terms.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its security, or use it to send unlawful, fraudulent or harmful material.

Client accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and multi-factor authentication device secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. We may suspend access to protect you, other clients or the platform.

Confidential information

Confidential information is exchanged only after a mutual NDNC is executed, and on its terms. Do not send confidential information through public forms or the concierge before then.

Intellectual property

The Smarter Mergers name, logo and content belong to Smarter Investments Inc. or its licensors. You may not reuse them without permission.

No advice and liability

Our Disclaimer forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

The governing law and courts for these terms will be confirmed by counsel before launch.
