Minerals, metals and gemstones
Connecting resource owners with serious counterparties.
We work with owners and producers in Pakistan and across Africa who hold gold, precious and base metals, rare earth minerals and precious gemstones. We help them find qualified buyers, partners and finance, and we facilitate the relationship from first introduction to signed agreement.
Who we help
Two sides of one relationship.
Owners often struggle to reach credible buyers; buyers struggle to find verified supply. We bring the two together, with the checks both sides need.
Led with our Senior Advisor, Mining & Gemology, a gemologist, geologist and mining lease holder.
Owners and producers
- Introductions to qualified buyers, refiners, traders and manufacturers
- Joint-venture and strategic partners for exploration and mining
- Offtake and long-term supply agreements
- Project and trade finance
- Preparing what buyers expect: assays, gem certificates, licences and provenance
Buyers and investors
- Access to verified owners in Pakistan and Africa
- Gold and precious metals
- Precious and semi-precious gemstones
- Rare earth and other critical minerals
- Inspection and independent testing before commitment
How it works
From first conversation to signed agreement.
A disciplined, documented process protects both sides and filters out time-wasters.
- Stage 1
A confidential conversation
Tell us what you hold or what you need: the material, quantity, location and timetable. We tell you plainly whether we can help.
- Stage 2
Mutual NDA and non-circumvention
Both sides sign before any names, locations or documents are shared. This protects owners and buyers alike.
- Stage 3
KYC on both sides
We confirm who we are dealing with: identity, ownership, authority to sell or buy, source of funds and sanctions screening.
- Stage 4
Verification
Owners show legal title, mining licences and export permits. Material is checked by an independent assay or a recognised gem laboratory, with inspection before any commitment.
- Stage 5
Introductions and negotiation
We introduce qualified counterparties and help agree price, quantity, delivery and terms, alongside your lawyers.
- Stage 6
Agreement and settlement
Contracts are signed directly between the parties and settled through regulated channels such as banks, escrow and licensed refiners. We never hold the material or the money.
Our standards
Trust is the product.
Resource transactions attract fraud. These rules apply to every introduction we make.
- We facilitate, we do not trade. We introduce and advise. We do not buy, hold, store or sell minerals, metals or gemstones on our own account.
- Responsible sourcing. We follow the principles of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for responsible mineral supply chains, and we decline material without clear legal title, export rights or provenance.
- Verified counterparties. Every owner and buyer completes KYC and sanctions screening before introductions.
- Independent checks. Quality and quantity are confirmed by independent assayers, gem laboratories and inspection, never by documents alone.
- No upfront payments by chat. Fees are agreed only in a signed engagement letter. We never ask for payment by chat, voice or email. Gold and gemstone fraud is common, so please verify anyone using our name.
Questions
Asked by owners and buyers.
Where are the owners you work with?
Mainly in Pakistan and across Africa, through our team and partners on the ground, including our Senior Advisor for Mining and Gemology in Pakistan.
Which materials?
Gold, silver and other precious and base metals; precious and semi-precious gemstones such as ruby, sapphire, emerald, peridot, aquamarine and garnet; rare earth and other critical minerals; and industrial and dimensional minerals.
Do you buy or sell gold yourselves?
No. We facilitate relationships and transactions between qualified parties. The contract and settlement are always between the owner and the buyer.
Can buyers inspect before committing?
Yes. Inspection and independent testing come before any binding commitment.
How are fees structured?
Usually as a success fee on completed transactions, agreed only in a signed engagement letter.
I own a deposit or a stock of material. Where do I start?
Send us a short outline: the material, approximate quantity, location and what documents you hold. Please do not send confidential documents until an NDA is signed.
Private enquiry
Hold material or need supply?
Tell us what you have or what you need. Every enquiry is handled in confidence.
